NEW DELHI: The Delhi Police apprehended two minors for throwing water balloons at people from an SUV in southwest Delhi.
A video of the incident surfaced on social media, leading to the police taking action.
The video showed the youths throwing balloons from the SUV's sunroof in Vasant Kunj.
A senior police officer stated, 'Legal action has been initiated, and two juveniles have been apprehended in this regard.'
The minors were caught in the act of creating nuisance by targeting passersby with water balloons.
