Hyderabad: Telangana HC on Wednesday issued notices to state govt, home secretary, director general of police, Hyderabad Metro Rail MD and others, asking them to explain their stand within six weeks on a PIL that complained of unbearable noise emanating from metro trains at New Bhoiguda, Secunderabad.
