Arvind Kejriwal’s interim bail has fortified INDIA bloc, Stalin says

CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu chief minister M K Stalin on Friday welcomed the interim bail granted to Delhi chief minister and AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal.
Taking to X soon after the Supreme court granted bail, Stalin said, “This victory against injustice strengthens our democracy.”
Kejriwal's release not only symbolized justice but also fortified the INDIA bloc, bolstering the alliance’s momentum towards sweeping the elections, the chief minister said.
The Delhi chief minister, who was in judicial custody in a liquor policy case, has been granted interim bail till June 1. While the Directorate of Enforcement registered the case in 2022, Kejriwal was arrested only in March this year.
