Dehradun: Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, while addressing a gathering at Ramnagar, shared “heartfelt memories” of her family in
Uttarakhand. Highlighting a long-standing relationship with the state, she said, “Not only did I study in
Dehradun, but so did my father, brother and children.”
Reminiscing about her childhood in the hill state which “hold a special place in her heart”, she said, “Ramnagar and Jim Corbett National Park are particularly dear to me as I frequently go there with my children”.
Priyanka also talked about her spiritual connection with the state, mentioning her practice of offering prayers at the Sidhbali temple in a remote forest area since she was 13 years old. Kautilya Singh
