Hyderabad: Manda Sri Pratap, working with Congress as its consultant, filed a separate petition complaining about the way Delhi police raided his Manikonda house on May 4 and the way police seized his iPhone 13 Pro Max, Samsung M 13 Galaxy phone and iPad. His counsel said though Pratap is neither accused nor a witness in the case, the police were doing all this to him without following any due process of law.He wanted court to declare actions of police as illegal. The judge issued notices to Delhi police, MHA officer who acted as complainant in Delhi case and DGP of Telangana and sought counters from them to the allegations levelled by the petitioner. The case was adjourned to June. tnn
