HYDERABAD : Accusing the Congress govt of turning Telangana into an ATM for Delhi, Union home minister Amit Shah on Sunday said chief minister A Revanth Reddy may be used and discarded by his party after Lok Sabha results.
Speaking at a public meeting in Secunderabad, Shah said, “Revanth has just become CM and has filed a case against me. I won’t complain like him; I will take it to the high court.
He is involved in
corruption to funnel money to high command, and he will soon be abandoned by them.”
“RR tax means Rahul Gandhi and Revanth Reddy tax,” he alleged during meetings in Nizamabad and later in Sirpurkagaz Nagar.
Meanwhile, taking aim at the Congress slogan ‘Garibi Hatao’, Shah claimed that despite four generations of the campaign, no significant progress had been made. He expressed concern over the BRS govt’s impact, stating, “Once Modi comes to power, he will ensure Telangana becomes the top state in the country.”
