Court reserves its order on Praneeth plea
Hyderabad: Justice G Radha Rani of Telangana high court on Wednesday concluded the hearing in the petition filed by suspended intelligence DSP D Praneeth Rao, who was questioning the way the trial court granted his custody to police to question him in an alleged phone tapping case.
Senior counsel G Mohan Rao, who appeared for Praneeth, said: “The complainant in the case is himself coming to question Rao, which is unlawful,” he said.
He should be questioned only during office hours, he said, urging the court to give such a direction to police. The judge reserved the order.tnn
