HYDERABAD: Union home minister Amit Shah on Thursday alleged that Congress, BRS and AIMIM want to run Telangana based on Sharia and the Quran.
Saying that the three parties are a 'triangle of appeasement', Shah said: "Congress and the BRS cannot stop AIMIM. These parties don't let the Ram Navami procession take place and they oppose CAA. And they don't even allow 'Hyderabad Liberation Day' celebration."
Addressing a public meeting in Bhongir, Shah attacked the BRS saying that that party looted people though they trusted the party with two terms with the promise of water, jobs and funds.
"The Congress has now turned Telangana into an 'ATM of corruption'," he alleged.
He alleged that Rahul has promised the loan waiver for farmers and money into the bank accounts of women but failed to implement them.
Asking chief minister A Revanth Reddy to do instrospection, he said: "We will win more seats this time. If Telangana people bless us with more seats, we will make Telangana the number one state in the country."
He elaborated on development works taken up by the NDA govt for the state and Bhongir.
