Nagpur: A day after an auto driver was nabbed for molesting a Class 10 in his autorickshaw at a desolate lane on Wednesday noon, the Ajni police took suo motu cognisance of the incident and filed an FIR against the accused on late Thursday evening.
Cops had withheld identity of the accused as no FIR was filed but on Thursday, the accused was identified as Vishal Deshmukh, 27, a resident of Raut Nagar, Dighori Naka.
