Ranchi: Office of the chief electoral officer, Jharkhand, kicked off a two-day “Festival of Elections - Art Festival” at Audrey House on Friday. The event concluded on Saturday. The festival aims to educate youth on the importance of elections through painting, rangoli, quiz, music and drama competitions. Chief electoral officer K Ravi Kumar highlighted the significance of voting during the programme.Kumar said, “We urge the youth to not only vote themselves but also encourage their family and friends to participate in the electoral process.” TNN
