Dulu faces flak from party for statement
Dhanbad: BJP candidate from Dhanbad, Dulu Mahto has now stoked a new controversy by accusing fellow MLAs and MP of working in cahoots with the local mafia.
According to the video, which has gone viral on social media platforms, Mahto, while speaking in a local dialect, claimed that he alone has the guts to take on the mafia and criminals.
He further claimed that other MLAs and Dhanbad MP are not saying anything against the criminals, as they are either frightened or because they get something from them.

Reacting to his statement, outgoing MP P N Singh said, “I was pained, but not angry with the party candidate and that being a loyal BJP worker I would not say anything against Dulu Mahto. What forced him to say such a thing at an election rally, only he can clarify, but the party top leaders must take note of it.”
