JSSC exam cancelled amidst leaked questions

Ranchi : The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission has called off the Jharkhand General Graduate Level Combined Competitive Examination-2023 scheduled for February 4.
This decision comes after questions were leaked during the January 28 exam's third shift (General Knowledge).
A chaotic situation unfolded outside the JSSC headquarters, with thousands of students protesting alleged irregularities in the exam.The protest turned violent, involving police lathi charges, stone pelting, and injuries.
The Jharkhand Youth Association's Central Convener, Safi Imam, stated, "The students' united efforts led to the prompt cancellation of the exam by the Commission, recognizing their remarkable unity. A thorough review of security arrangements related to the examination has been deemed necessary, leading to the postponement of the upcoming exams scheduled for February 4."
Meanwhile, the JSSC has candidates that the newly scheduled dates for the re-examination will be promptly published on the Commission's website.
