Over the last few years, there has been an unprecedented spurt in the number of coffee outlets leading some connoisseurs to call it the next-gen wave in coffee. And it has brought with it a vocabulary all its own―organic, single-origin, fair trade, cold-brewed. Some of it sounds far too technical and ominous for something that is often considered mandatory by many to kickstart the day and keep it going.
