Kaushambi Chakraborty weds Adrit Roy; ‘Mithai’ family joins the grand occasion

Kaushambi Chakraborty married Adrit Roy on May 9 in a traditional Bengali wedding. The ‘Mithai’ co-stars took their wedding vows on Thursday evening with family members and friends in attendance. The ‘Mithai’ family was present during the wedding ceremony and shared several pictures from the evening on social media. The newlyweds looked radiant in their wedding attire and so in love.

For the wedding, Kaushambi was seen in a red Benarasi saree, looking like a quintessential Bangali Kone. The actress paired her wedding outfit with gold jewellery and a gold mukut. With minimal makeup, Kaushambi sported the brightest smile on her wedding day. Adrit sported a yellow Panjabi for the evening and kept his look minimal with the topor on his head. The couple exchanged garlands looking at each other and everyone could see them being so much in love.

It was a reunion for the ‘Mithai’ cast and crew at Adrit and Kaushambi’s wedding and the lot had so much fun together.

Before the wedding, Kaushambi shared her Gaye Holud looks on social media. The actress was seen in a sunshine yellow saree with floral jewellery for the ceremony. With a floral maang tikka, baaju bandh, and kamar bandh, she completed her look with a pair of suave sunglasses.
On the other hand, Adrit’s photo from his Gaye Holud ceremony went viral on social media. The actor sported long hair and a pair of sunglasses to complete his look.

Kaushambi and Adrit’s wedding has been the talk of the town for the past few months. The couple who started dating from the sets of ‘Mithai’, had kept their relationship under the wraps for a long time. After dating for almost two years, the couple has tied the knot. After the wedding, the newlyweds are set to host their reception party on May 11.
